Who else has fond memories of iced milo as a kid? It was one of my favourite treats on a hot day…or any time really! These days, I like to make my own version of milo, using the likes of maca and cacao, for a delicious malty chocolate drink that really reminds me of childhood!
1 heaped tablespoon cacao
1 teaspoon maca
200ml good quality almond milk
Small handful of ice
1. Blend all the ingredients together
2. Pour into your favourite mug
3. I personally love mine without sweetener, but feel free to add a drizzle of maple syrup, a sprinkle of coconut sugar or a bit of stevia
